At TRIPHASE PTY LTD we can design and build motor control centers for Servo and Vector drives, AC Inverters, DC Drives, as well as Soft Start and Direct on line systems. We can provide motor control centers that range from individual push button stop start control to the fully integrated network synchronization of multi motor systems. ELECTRICAL SCHEMATICS, REPORTS, & DOCUMENTATION

    Documentation is an integral part of any automation systems. The efficiency, and therefore cost, of a service and repair job is largely determined by the amount and accuracy of information available.

At TRIPHASE PTY LTD our documentation and drafting services provide operation manuals and other information such as cabinet dimensions, panel layouts, electrical schematics, as well as diagramatic representation of associated hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. We can also provide operator manuals and component parts list of any panel we build if it is required.

   We also offer a diagnostic and anaysis service of electrical infrastructure and equipment. From this we can provide a written report including a summary page and  recomendations if any

 

 

ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION

    At TRIPHASE PTY LTD we have experience in the manufacture, modification, and installation of Main Switchboards, Sub Switchboards and Metering Systems. These range from off the shelf modular type industrial boards to purpose built Main distribution centers. 24HR DIAGNOSTIC & BREAKDOWN SERVICE (conditions apply)

    As part of our general contracting division, TRIPHASE PTY LTD can provide a range of commissioning and production breakdown services.  Through our use and analysis of IR Imagery and Data Logging Power meter readings we can provide accurate status reports of internal electrical distribution networks. This highlights potential problems before they occur which in turn allows for scheduled repairs before production breakdown and loss.  Our high level of experience in fault diagnosis, coupled with a solid understanding of general engineering principles, enables us to provide quick and effective solutions when it comes to production issues. We provide out of hours support services to our regular clients and manage stocks of critical components on their behalf.
